New donor engine

Moving quickly on getting the E32 rolling again.

‘New’ engine acquired today from a salvage yard. Pulled the plugs and they looked almost new. Pulled the valve cover and this greeted me.

VC gasket feels new and the inside looks just as crisp and clean.

Did some digging and found out at the donor car only had 80k miles. The accident that took it out was in 2005, so it’s sat idle for 15 years.

Really excited to have some time to get this one in the car and fired up.
