My n52 323i 2006 e90 is at 260 hp dyno tested Is that good for only 1200$ cad worth of mods? Its still only a 2.5 litre inline 6 can i get any more hp on NA i dont want turbo or supercharger
260 hp. Crank or at rear wheels? What kind of dyno? SAE or STD? 260 rwhp is not realistic from a 2.5L.
To wheel broo im shocked as well.. it was tested multiple times because i that there was some faulty. The car is 2006 e90 323i...... which is supposed to be roughly 180-202 hp.... the person who go owned the car before apperently had sum mods when i asked hes like k&n cold air (in my head im like thats what 15hp not even plus) than he starts going on about racing headers changed the fuel injectors and sparkplugs/ecu/ piston shit im not sure tor what terms he was saying... i kno a fair amount about vehicles not everything in the engine doe........... i showed my bimmer buddy and he drove it around as said it was beast and he asked are you sure you dont have m package I laughed and said i pretty damn sure i dont.. he pops the hood and searches my vin and shows me you got the m power 323i... i looked at his phone and read the specs i was suprised there was even such thing on this little engine... but idk if they guy got it m and modded it or is it jus a m package and that guy was capping ...... i smoked mint 2014 benz c350 with it and a 2008 e90 328i no problem..
You did not say what kind of dyno. That can make a big difference. Post the graph. It’s a 174-200 crank hp motor so at most 175 rwhp. If it is still 2.5L but has all the bolt on mods and a tune, it could make 200 rwhp, but that is about it. If it was rebuilt into a 3.0L (easier to just swap a 3.0L N52 in) and has all the bolt on mods and a tune, it could make 260 rwhp. Again, post the dyno.
