89 750il, does it have only 1 fuse for all Windows, my rear one's are not working thanks
Check button in the center of your four window switches. Might have hit it. It's a child safety switch. Makes rear windows inoperable. Might be something else, but check it out.

In case the child safety switch is in lock position, the window switch lights in the rear doors are not lighting (but also the bulbs are sometimes dead) https://750il.bmw7.hu/owners_manual/images/page_038.jpg
Here are the wiring diagrams, see 1989 production year http://shark.armchair.mb.ca/~dave/BMW/e32/
the detailed fuse list starts from page 0661-00
There is also a fuse 44 under rear seat driver side for electric windows, besides fuses 17,20, 30, and 31
How to remove the single electric rear seat to access the relays and fuses under rear seat http://www.bimmerboard.com/forums/posts/62868 that is for the battery on passenger side, relays and fuses are on driver side unter rear seat.
BTW: child safety switch: each rear door has an additional safety switch, not many people know that. So in case you cannot open the rear doors from inside, check these https://750il.bmw7.hu/owners_manual/images/page_009.jpg
