I only posted the 6speed because I am in Englewood for the next 5 days soaking up warmth.
Manuals are obsolete and I would pay more for an unmolested car.

$6500 is a good price but not for that one. Considering the front and rear bumper are in the wrong color, it was probably hit from the front and the back. You can see some of the damage on the rear still. Also the trunk lid looks to have possibly been replaced as well from an iL with the chrome strip. It also has prefacelift grilles which I would assume the hood was replaced as well. The green ones do shine nicely though...
Never seen a 740is before. Gotta be rare.

There is a 740i/sport in Newark I think on Copart. The bid was $200 and it runs and drives, Black on Tan.
Look up BMW's and then select 7401 for the model, there is only one.

Just put a bid in and of course got out bid. It was a PITA to get all set up and or course there are a mess of fee's to deal with adding to the cost.

I just bought one from Copart, waiting for approval from the seller. Not a sport but every other option including chromeline trim. It seems like a lot of money but it would be a long time before you find another one. That is why I bought this one. I just had to have a V12! Now I have a 6,8,10 and 12 cylinder car, sounds kind of like a stupid reason?

Yes, I still have not seen it in person but at 104k and my level of experience with the platform it will be hard to go wrong.
