    Motion Motorsport Out of Business?

Does anyone know if Motion Motorsport is out of business? I have tried reaching out several times through multiple channels and haven’t received a response. Any information would be helpful.

I ordered their underpanel back in Aug. I sent an email before asking a question about I can’t remember, no response. Ordered anyways. A couple weeks in I asked when my order might be expected to ship, no response. Anyways, got a tracking number a total of 3 weeks after order. Received and underpanel is great.

Most recently I ordered their seat side mounts... I don’t expect to hear anything until the tracking number is emailed.

This same level of communication is what I’m experiencing from MKAH Motorsports and S2R Tuning. Just be patient. Tracking doesn’t start for a few months anyways.

This is what they have been doing for over a year now. Orders ship, you just don't hear anything from them.

If, by chance, you are looking for an Under Panel, Turner is making one that folks seem to be happy with (https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-585393-e36-m-skid-plate/).
The fit of the MM panel left something to be desired.

My experience is the same as others (have their underpanel). Takes time, no email replies, but does come... Took about two-three weeks if I remember correctly.

    Ordered underpanel/splitter (8/3/20) paid up front w/PP...
Nothing, nada, zip, zero....no communication at all.
Money refunded today by PP who was unable to contact MM as well...
    I'll go w/another splitter.
    Hope the owner is OK.

Ordered a MM underpanel in early June. It said it was in stock. 3 weeks went by to I tried to contact them through every channel and nothing. 2 weeks later I put in for a refund through paypal. I now have an order in through Turner who said the item was not in stock but the expected ETA was 8/27. Now it says the expected ETA is 9/9. I guess I will just wait. But both companies are doing the same thing. At least Tuner responded to my message.

The Turner one shows as back in stock now. I ordered one last week to replace my old/beat MM panel and hardware.

Just got an email from Turner saying my payment was cancelled. I replied asking why. Turns out Paypal only keeps a payment on hold for 30 days. It has been well over that since I "ordered" the skid plate. Looks like they are in and ready to ship. Finally!

Same issue here. Ordered on 9/19/20. Received a 'shipment notification' email on 10/7/20, but the shipment tracking information says it still hasn't shipped. 2 emails with no response, and I can't find any other contact information listed for them. If I get to 2 months of them holding onto $200 with no response, I will resolve via the credit card company.

Ridiculous. I don't care how nice your products are, this is not an acceptable business practice.

Follow-up to anyone who finds this in a search - my timeline was a little over two months from order placement to actual shipment. Just saw the update this morning (11/23/20) that the package has been picked up, after placing the order on 9/19/20 and receiving the "shipment confirmation" email on 10/7/20. This thing had better be good; luckily the only thing lost in the meantime was my sanity.

Turner's copy fixes all the issues with the MM panel and is cheaper.

I actually might get their splitter since I have the underpanel already. Glad to hear they're still in business.

I ordered the LTW front splitter rep from Poland, but it has yet to arrive(a month ago).

I messaged Matt on Zuckbook and he replied, so clearly they are still in business.
