    Ignition cranks extra long.

I recently ran across this issue with my BMW. My ignition was taking a little longer to crank over. I decided to change my spark plugs and in the process of checking my plugs, I noticed a little lil oil was getting into the those two chambers. I thought changing the valve cover gasket would fix it.i did the repair but the ignition remained the same. Any insight would help.

The only time my car has taken a little longer to fire up has been when the battery was failing.
