Xi front upper strut mounts on RWD e9x to lower front 12mm?

Xi front upper strut mounts on RWD e9x to lower front 12mm? Has anyone tried this ?
I have compared them don’t see any difference except stack height . I’m curious if anyone has ever tried this and if there is enough clearance between the upper spring perch and the upper mount . Pretty sure it would lower the front of RWD e9x 10-12 mm if it clears the upper perch under load.

I tried maybe I’m not the best googler . Eventually I will be the huckleberry when I make a little time . The specs look to be all feasible just a matter of avoiding collision between upper mount that rotates and top hat that doesn’t . it’s basically the same issues as with the aftermarket lowering perch drop hats that people have issues w interference under load only different

If you happen upon a good thread I would be very interested in a link. I see info re using rwd top hat on Xi w lowering perches, but haven’t found info re Xi top hat on rwd.
