Custom switches bmw e36

Hello. At first, sorry for my English, I'm from Poland

I wanna make a custom switches for my bmw e36, for aftermarket traction control, and air suspension. I'm looking for guy who made for mi sticker's to do my switches. I have to remove the old paint, stick a sticker, paint black and peel off the stickers. But the problem is the size of the letter, no one can make such small letter for me.
The buttons I want to use is HiFi buttons. I need to change "HIFI" to AIR, and SMG/TCS ( or something like that ) And icons of speaker to 0/I and S/K .

Hi,

Using a 'sticker' wont be the right way to do it as when you peel back the sticker after paint, it'll lift up and look wrong, also you'd need the correct automotive grade paint.

I can see why you've thought to go this way, but it won't give you a very nice looking finish.
