Bmw 520i 2009 model transmission problem

Am having strange problem with bmw 520i series E60,2009 model with engine N46
This car starting fine but gear selector wont move.
When car is ignition on,egs communicate with diagnosis tool and park on cluster display fine but when you start the car park on cluster disappears and egs not communicate.
I tried to change,egs,gear selector,gateway,ecu and abs(dsc)
Anyidea pls
