So i boaght the cheapest hydro brake handle and master i could find.. I made sure that essentially it was the same as all the others available and just 150 bucks cheaper. It mocks up well in place of the stock parking brake handle. (Since thats all its intended for to pass inspection over the completely gone stock ebrake system).
Essentially, i can fit the output on just a 3/8 after i grind down the master because the boss is too deep... So the only problem is the input boss. It is an absolutely odd thread size. It is large enough that the m10 falls in it,but a 1/4 is much too large. Wondering if anyone else has the experience to tell me what im looking for in terms of fitting or adapers.
Nobody would recertify these machines after somebody screwed with them without any visibility into what they did.

The input boss of what?
You got a picture?
Could it be British thread?
20191224_113554.jpg the end is the feed line from a resivior or the abs, the bottom or inside is the "to caliper".. The "to caliper" is a standard 3/8th.. (I have to grind down so the fitting will even hold the bubble flare properly and tight). The end is a inverted flare. Much bigger sized. 7/16 is too large diameter. The m10 falls inside loosely.

The closest thing i found that sorta fits is a 16mm or 5/8 bolt that i think came from e36 seat rail mount. It seema to thread pitch right, but is still slightly loose diameter wise and wobbles in the boss a bit until its sunk in all the way.

Maybe I missunderstood and I feel like you've already tried these sizes but here is what normally people buy:
For fitment of hydraulic handbrakes and master cylinders
Using GIRLING/AP/WILWOOD/OBP/Compbrake remote master cylinders
1 x 7/16 fitment - CMB0154-L
1 x 3/8 fitment - CMB0154-S

Hopefully this helps. I don't have the ABS anymore so can't comment since I got an older cylinder with 3 outputs.
7/16 was much too large. Unless what I got at advanced wasnt right.
I'd take it into a specialist bolt or hydraulic shop and get them to test different sizes in it to confirm its actual size.
