2019 X5 4.0i Trim Replacements

I'm new to the site/forum and please go easy on me if there is a thread that addresses this. I have searched high and wide and only found threads regarding the front kidney grill replacement on the g05, which I've already completed. I have new black fender vents that I want to replace for the existing chrome ones that came on the vehicle. I have searched YouTube for videos and only found a recent one (not in English) that somewhat guided through the grill replacement (done; took 3 minutes), but I haven't been able to find anything on removing and replacing the g05 fender vents. I am assuming I am going to have to pry them out, breaking the tabs/brackets on the existing vents and the replacement ones will snap into place.

Has anyone actually replaced the fender vents? I see some have wrapped, vinyl, etc.... Looking for guidance.
