Is needle sweep possible and have you got any tips for coding?

Hi all,

I have recently purchased a BMW E87 116i as my first car and I am really interested by the fact you can code them and add new features to the car that have been disabled from factory as I am a 'programmer' and enjoy creating things. I am writing on here mainly to ask you guys for a few tips on what to use to code my BMW as I only use BimmerCode and I don't know if it's the best but, it is certainly the easiest . Also, does any one have any good tips on how to translate the different sectors (image attached, I am most interested in the bits that say sport etc as the seem very interesting and ones I'd like to play with ) / has a cheat sheet for the BMW E87 that would help me identify what every thing means and does as I do not understand German one single bit. Lastly, is it possible with my car to enable needle sweep as IMO it does look pretty cool and I love the look of the needle sweep on newer cars and the VAG vehicles and would deffo like to have it on my Bimmer
