2014 Bmw 750Li: bluetooth problems

Hi all!

As the title says i am having a problem with the bluetooth settings in my car. Out of nowhere the car seems to have deleted all of my contacts stored in the vehicle, my home address, as well as delete all pairings to the phones used in the car. Along with this, all of the downloaded music i had on the car is now totally gone. I really don't know why or how this has happened, so far, all i have performed was a system reset, done by just holding down the volume button, and this has not fixed my problem, the car continues to forget and delete the bluetooth settings alone with anything else i try to save on there, any help would be greatly appreciated. The car is a 2014 BMW 750 Li x-drive, thanks

On my 2015 740Li F02 the iPhone bluetooth contacts started malfunctioning. Updating the vehicle firmware (software) fixed the problems. I presume that Apple changed their iPhone interface along the way and BMW needed to revise their firmware.
