Hi, Have an X3 (2014 F25) which has just developed a puzzling problem with Bluetooth I believe! The problem is the whole system is rebooting shortly after connecting a particular Nokia phone via Bluetooth. I did notice that it had registered both the Nokia and Sony androids as number 1 phones in the Bluetooth details in the X3. If I don't attach the Nokia it seems to be fine, have checked the battery back up in the Bluetooth module it is 5.5VDC and disconnected the power for 10 minutes from the module, but alas it still reboots when the Nokia is attached and seem fine with the Sony. I upgraded the Nokia to Android 9 PIE, V3.25B but the problem still exists. Can something like a large phone address book maybe crash the BMW system.....haven't tried another brand phone to see if it does it yet! I have also searched heaps of posts and not come across this problem in any of them yet!
It is a PITA rite now..... Regards Ron

Update to this problem....if I turn off BT Audio in the Nokia everything works, so now I am trying to figure that one out.
I recently developed a problem between my iPhone over bluetooth to my F02. Updating the vehicle firmware (software) fixed the issues.
