I have a 2004 Bmw 530i E60 with a M54 engine randomly dies
1. when she is cold "sometimes"
2. she does it more when she is warm rpm ranging from 1500 to 3500 rpm
And its random tho the gauges jump all over and the car jerks like if i am taking off in a higher gear i have a 1/4 tank in her i have changed the vanos and the vanos solenoids and the exhaust side cam sensor. I ran sea foam in the oil and fuel i also put a new bmw battery in her oh it seems to do it when i get on her
I don't know what else to do cause its not throwing up codes when she does it can anyone help me figure this out please

Clean and apply dielectric grease to every chassis ground on your car. Clean you battery terminals too. Gauges acting erratic and random stalling point to a bad chassis grounds or possible DME power or ground issues. If the latter, there should be codes stored and visible with proper BMW diagnostic tools.
