NCS Expert not working

I'm running on Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. I have INPA and NCS Expert and BMW scanner installed. INPA seems to work well except that it won't connect to my ABS module. NCS Expert and BMW Scanner doesn't seem to work correctly. NCS Expert gives me a "faulty chassis" error. BMW Scanner only talks to the engine and transmission. It won't make a connection with anything else. Any ideas whats going on? I appreciate any help.

I think your issue might be due to the background service running. A video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ih5IxqvAck shows how he was able to use INPA in the background as the service. I used another one, I think winKFP as the service and it will populate the VIN, which means it is communicating to the vehicle
