Reliable Vendors for BMW Software (ISTA+, ISTA-P, ISTA-D, etc.)

    Hello all,

After having played around with INPA, I want to give ISTA-D, ISTA-P a go. The first step obviously is to install it. I don't think ISTA is free like INPA is. I don't mind paying for it, but I am worried about getting a virus from purchasing from a bad vendor. I found this website: https://www.bimmerdiagnostics.com/#x...Anchor:58AHNEc0 But that feels awfully cheap for such a powerful software.

So my question is where did you get ISTA? Did you have any problems, etc.

**edit** ALso found this link, it says it's free, but I will always be overly cautious of any site that links to a .ru domain for any reason:

So I just read in another forum that ALL ISTAs on the open internet are illegal stolen versions. Is that true?

Yes, if it doesn't come from the BMW system directly, it's pirated.

In the US, this is the official system.
    Specifically the AOS system there.
