As you may have seen on my other thread , i fixed the engine issue
What i am left it is gearbox
When i bought the car, after driving it home it started to slip and judder as hell and kept throwing gearbox is overheating
Checked pan and it was leaking so changed pan and oil and that took care of it however it only works as long as you don't floor it
You can floor it when cold and it grips but as soon as hot, it slips and judder as hell and throws error
When switched off and on, problem would go away but if you floor it again when hot same thing
I flashed ecu and gearbox with daten v67 and that changed things. Now it doesn't judder and slip even when hot but if you push it too much it throws error
Tonight when revved twice it tried to shift down but it couldn't. It revved, changed gear and quickly changed back up . It did it twice and then throw error and clutch slipped
It will no longer shift up.
Error deleted and again fine
So what i want to ask is , do you think it is the 4 sleeves( 3 round) and one with two square that allows fluid flow that are gone or is it torque?
It could be also oil level. I did check though and oil was ok .
Appreciate any opinion here
Yes, the seals shown in section 4 and 7 should always be replaced when the oil is changed:

All of those changed and it is still playing up
When cold no issues and grips like hell. When hot it slips quite bad
If it is in D and I floor it resulting in downshift then car vibrates like hell and slips
If i changed it to manual mode/step tronic then for instance put it in second gear and floor it , it tends to grip most of the time Even when hot
It can't be solonoid, right? It is most likely tc in my opinion
