Photobucket killed many forums by removing all free hosting of photos. They then tried to hold people hostage and charge a ridiculous amount to continue having access to their photos. When that didn't work, they tried saving face by lowering their price. Most moved on to other free, or inexpensive, host sites. I suggest you do the same for your signature pic.
