Wet floorboards 2007 X3

Just picked up an 07 X3, have records from local shop that replaced all 4 door vapor barriers this summer and all sun roof drains are working. Any ideas on where else water could be coming in from? Only rear floorboards are wet. Could it still be wet from the summer as the carpets were never taken out and dried fully? I have shop vac'd the floors a few times but still very damp. There was also a bunch of water in the right rear corner where the drain tube exits out. Again I did pull the headliner down and was able to blow freely through the drain tubes. The windows still fog up after driving and parked from the condensation in the car.

I would check the vapor barriers if they did not use the correct sealeant they will leak, there suppose to be basically glues down with sealer and hard to remove

BMW Shop did the work and charged $600 to do it this summer and was brought back there to be re-checked, not leaking
