E30 Blinker, RHS Rear Light and Dashlight Not Working

Okay as the title says my dash lights dont work i checked and replaced all fuses that were bad and the relays are good (i havent checked the blinker relay to see if its good) now my blinkers completely gone the hazards dont work either the RHS rear light is gone i checked to see if power was going through the RHS rear light and no power yesterday the blinkers worked fine but today they completely disappeared my LHS rear light works fine and my dash lights are gone too but strangely enough my low and high beams work perfectly i really need to fix this because i dont wanna get a ticket and i absolutely hate driving without my blinkers i need my blinkers working (sometimes while i was using my blinkers they would make a really loud buzzing noise for some reason and then boom they would come right back) so please if you guys can help me i would appreciate it
