Need help 2013 328i

My check engine light came on and I got the powertrain malfunction and my car is driving sluggish. I pulled these codes....

Vanos
131501 vanos inlet
131401 vanos outlet
120408 boost pressure control, cut off pressure rise blocked

I live in Whittier CA 90605 border or Los Angeles and orange county. Can anyone Recommend a good honest mechanic in my area. And so I don't go in sounding like a idiot what needs to be done to get this fixed and what is a average cost to get this fixed?

Thank you marco, anyone have any ideas on what I'm looking at cost wise? I know with vanos it can be a lot of things. Just hoping it's not gonna be more than 1000.00

There's absolutely no way of knowing the cost without a proper diagnosis. It could be something as simple as a solenoid, or as bad as a timing chain job. Or even a new engine if the timing chain stretched, broke the guides, and sent debris throughout the engine.
