Need Advice on a set of used CNT wheels I found for my E30 (one has bent lip)

Hey guys so I found a set of 16" CNT wheels with no tires for my e30 and the guy says he's willing to do a straight trade for my stock bottlecaps with ok tires, the only issue I have is with one of the wheels that has a very obvious bend in the lip and I need your guys advice on how serious this looks, if its something I can fix myself with a torch and a hammer, if I should leave it alone and just mount a tire to, or it if the deal is even worth it. I have two like new 16" General Altimax Snow tires that would fit these for the rear, so finding a decent used set of two for the front wont set me back too much. Here are the wheels below, first pic is of the bent wheel as mentioned, fourth wheel isnt pictured but is in similar shape to the other unbent wheels. Thanks in advance!!
