Non affiliated but stumbled on this euro e21 at a friends shop, car is for sale and if any interest from board members I can pass on the shop owners contact info;
Very clean and straight, clean interior and all body panels are straight.
Asking price is $14.5K but owner is open to selling without some of the more rare parts and replacing with original. Undercarriage is very clean and owner has images.
Car has only 1 tiny rust spot that I saw; on the drivers side rear just below the window, otherwise a very clean and well-maintained car.

Car carries the "CARB" tag but currently has headers, if sold in CA it'll be smogged, headers removed and reinstalled after testing.

Yes, its carrys the "CARB" tag and passed the last smog as is no issues.
