How do you keep the satin black GTS wheels clean? Can't get rid of this film?

I have tried a number of different wheel cleaner products (sonax, Adams, meguiars, griots) but none of them seem to be able to get this film off the wheel. I end up having to wash the wheels every two days just to keep it shiny and black and it takes quite a. bit of elbow grease to get the film off.

Any ideas on what this film might be? any other products I should be trying?

Worst case scenario I think I might have to get the wheels professionally cleaned and ceramic coated.

The chemical guys wheel cleaner takes it off... and then apply some ceramic coating to them to help prevent it from sticking.
Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by hundreds of engineers that get paid thousands of dollars for something you bought at Pep Boys because your buddy who doesn't have a job told you it was 'better'?!?
