1997 E36 M3 Automatic

Selling my 1997 E36 M3. Originally bought as a project to work on with my dad but our landlord is not allowing us to work on it so I have to sell it. We did replace the air sensor, power steering pump, oem radiator and fan clutch, and cleaned up what we could with what we had.
Here are the list of issues that we have yet to fix:
- AC fan not blowing
- Front windows not working
- Leaking a bit of oil
- Missing a stereo
- Various cosmetic stuff.
- right blinker
Some common e36 issues especially for the M3 considering the high mileage 280,000. It’s a perfect project if you’re into the e36. Nonetheless it runs and drives very well, and I’ve done my best to get the proper maintenance needed for it. It has a clean title and I have the pink slip in hand. Asking $3200 but open to serious offers HMU with more questions.
