Are you referring to the movie called Taxi? If yes, then I believe it came out in like 2004 and starred Queen Latifah & Jimmy Fallon.

The e65/e66 started off red...and then in one scene...they pull vinyl wrap off the car to reveal that it is blue:

I saw in the list of films with the participation of Bmw e65 there was the movie "Taxi", and I thought it was a French film that I watched many times and if there is e65 - then it isn't that i searching. But i forgot about the American movie "Taxi" which known to us as "New York Taxi" ..
I did not watch this film full and only remember the episode with early e65 - which I hated all his life and at the last years I realized for myself that this is truly Excellent and the best bmw 7 series the exterior and interior from 2000 to 2020 years..
