    Odd codes pulled by O'Reilly's

Hey guys just purchased a 09' 750Li and the check engine light was on so I took it to O'Reilly's and they pulled the following codes.

    P2096
    P2196
    P2198
The P codes I've figured out and I'm guessing I've got 2 bad o2 sensors up top, could that be correct?
The following are the ones that I can't seem to find any information on and I was hoping some of you might be able to help me with them
    14593
    38152
    34306
    33537
    33793

The only thing I can think they might be is maybe their scan tool can't communicate with some of the computers and its returning these? Thanks guys for the input.

You can't assume anything, if you read any bmw there will be fault codes even when the car is running great, you need to get a code reader clear all the codes and see which ones come back first, also oxygen sensor faults can be reacting to something happening up stream. So proper diagnostics is required, your BMW is complicated machine

Yeah I appreciate the reply. As soon as I posted it I was like no.......thats not how those work lol. Anyhow, does anyone have any information on what the ones at the bottom could be?

I've got an ENET cable on the way. Speaking of that is there a company that does something similar for BMW's like Ross-Tech does for Audi?

If you want to diagnose and work on your own BMW in this day and age, throw the P-code reader in the trash and get a real BMW capable scan tool. They're worth their weight in gold.

What's funny about that is that ISTA also gives the Pcode and you can translate it in the software. Nevertheless, got my diagnostic stuff up and running last night and spent way to long in my driveway with the car running messing around with it =)

P codes in ISTA? Not the dealer level ISTA I am using. Unless it's hidden somewhere I'm not looking.

Yeah it shows the P-code and it also has a pcode lookup feature. Perhaps it's just on certain errors/codes that it does that with. And as far as your dealer level ista, I was under the impression that ISTA is a dealer software.

ISTA is dealer software. But who knows what version you're using. BMW updates ISTA all the time. I'll have to poke around and see if I see what you're seeing. I don't recall ever seeing ISTA showing me P codes.
