I searched this forum and not much info Did some google searches and sounds like this is more than just a small issue. My rear cover panel got stuck in the back of the head liner yesterday. Sounds like this is part of the whole sunroof system? I really hope this isn't the case. Has anyone found a solution to this issue yet? This is my every day car so I don't really have time to strip it apart. I can maybe park it this winter and drive my stupid giant truck every day while I take the roof of this thing apart and try to repair it.

Did you ever figure out how to get the rear shade out? The same thing happened to me, and I've removed the glass from the roof and pulled off the front cover. I can see where the plastic broke on both sides that connect the shades together, but the back shade doesn't move much after trying to pull on it with a decent amount of force. Ive looked through the link and although it has great resources, I can't find one to solve our exact problem.
I haven't messed with it yet. Can you post some photos of what you are seeing on yours? There is a junk yard near me that has a whole assembly available for a reasonable price. I would like to find a solution for the broken parts though. Maybe something that could be 3d printed.

those potentially could be 3D printed. I cant tell how to get them out from photos. I am not sure when I will be able to get to messing with mine either. Hopefully some time this summer.
