    cut race off and nicked spindle...

    hey guys so i was cutting inner race off with cutting wheel and went into the hub part itself a little bit, is this ok or do i have to buy a new one? pic uploaded below

    Wow, you screwed that one up big time! If it was just a scratch, you could file it, or polish it with sandpaper, etc. But a deep gouge like that is pretty bad. I wouldn't use it.

    That's not "into the hub part itself a little bit", that's a lot. Scrap that part.
