Lowered to $17,000.
Lowered to $16,000. Regarding the turbos: There is slight, but noticeable wastegate rattle at cold start, and on deacceleration. It was present when we bought the car, and I don't feel it has gotten any louder/worse during our ownership. I'd estimate it burns 1qt of oil ~3K-4K miles.
Sold.
