Is my muffler and coilover setup going to pass Safety check in Honolulu?

I am getting ready to move to the island soon and considering bringing my car with me.
It's an e46M3 with GC coilover kit and Gruppe M muffler.
I read about the regulation for safety check. The noise level was not described specifically, said only not too loud??
After market suspension setup was not mentioned, but only it was stated that the height of the bumper and headlight from ground should be between certain numbers.
As you know titanium Gruppe M muffer is one of the loudest one (105db?) so I am worried.
I did not lower the car much and the heights are within the specs.
Would my e46M3 pass the safety check in Honolulu?
    Any input will be appreciated.
    Thank you.

I don't think my cars were even started during inspection.

Some places are more lenient than others.

    I love turbos!
A lot of apprehension about safety inspection went out the window with the abolishment of Recon permits. Now, you pretty much pull in, turn on your headlghts, blinkers, hit the brakes and reverse, toot your horn and hit the wipers and that is about it. However, if you have tint, our laws only allow a max of 35% and safety check stations have light meters to test it. You must have a front license plate affixed to the front of your car.
