I couldn't find a torque spec for it in any of the manuals I have. All bolts stretch based on grade, thread pitch, friction, and clamping force, so a good rule of thumb is to follow what the grade bolt is supposed to be torqued to.
The bolt you're referring to is an M10x1.5 and should have loctite on the end of it. Part number: 52108211438
An M10x1.5 bolt should be MAX torqued to 40ft/lbs if it's a grade 8.8, and 60ft/lbs if it's a 10.9
I'm almost positive it's a grade 10.9 bolt in that location, so the torque should be around 66nm of torque, which is 48ft/lbs with loctite added.

You can cross reference other M10 10.9 bolts used in the chassis, I'm sure it will be damn close.
