Hello, I need some help finding what is the issue:
Permanent problems:
Doors don't lock when the car is in motion
steering wheel controls stop working
turn signal indicators work outside, not in the dash panel, same with hazard indicators
passenger air bag indicator button went off
dash panel dim
Come and go problems:
roof top operation
Driver seat controls
open door warning
warning alarm sound
dash light stay on
fob key functions
Everything started after a rainy day

Check the air bag ECU under the centre console behind the hand brake. Disconnect the battery first, leave for 20 minutes so the car fully discharges, then disconnect the ECU, there should be two plugs ones black (this carries the live) and ones green. Check for moisture around these and that's your problem! Zeds have a problem with water ingress, it's a known defect.Originally Posted by alexhabana

Check for water ingress in the centre console behind the parking brake. Disconnect the battery first, leave for 10 to 2O mins for all the circuits to discharge, then take the little pocket that's situated behind the parking brake out, that should give you access to the plugs that go into the airbag ecu. If there's moisture or it feels real wet that's your problem. Dry these out and check all drainage holes in the gulley's and also the inner door membrain's as these are the main points of water ingress.
