Please post a source. I didn’t pull these numbers off the internet. They are based on Shaikh’s actual E36 measurements.

Really? I was going off his measurements for the e46 which I assumed to be close enough...as most struts are in that ballpark. .84 is quite low for a strut. Interesting. Do you have a link to those measurements?

Shaikh’s spreadsheet is a bit crazy (one reason I built the Tableau app to tinker with numbers), but here it is below. He has done 4 E36 setups in this sheet. The lower right shows his MR numbers. You might find others who came up with .88 but I’ve never seen anyone with higher.
