Revised listing below
It's nearing a year ago that my M3 project ended abruptly. I need to get my suspension out of my garage and into the hands of someone who can appreciate it, so I'm now opening this up to any reasonable and serious offers. This strut/spring setup cost $6,091. It has less than 500 miles on it.
- Bolt In FCM Stage 3 Setup
- H&R Street Performance struts, with custom damper tuning, ripple reducer technology, KBO technology done by Fat Cat Motorsports ($1,216 for the strut setup, $3,725 for the stage 3 custom tune by Shaikh)
- Swift front springs 7kg with thrust sheets ($192)
- Hypercoil rear springs 600 lbs. ($162)
- Vorshlag camber plates ($440)
- Ground Control rear weight jacks ($288)
- ECS Tuning reinforced rear shock mount kit ($68)
The resulting suspension frequencies are 1.8 and 1.9 respectively, perfect "flat ride" and perfect stiffness for a dual duty car that you need your wife to be willing to ride in. It could also handle stiffer springs if desired, and can be retuned by Shaikh for a fraction of the upfront cost I paid if you wanted to "convert" it to a more race-dedicated setup.
Adjustment range is plenty. I had the car 30mm lower than stock and actually planned to raise it 5mm when I got back from the track.
You will never ride in a car with better handling than an FCM Elite suspension. When I first intalled this setup, I deliberately tested it on a nasty potholed road near my house that I drive every day and all of my cars thud and bounce and crunch going over. I aimed the M3 at the potholes and was stunned with a giant grin on my face at how effortlessly it absorbed the impact and never lost stability. This is a track configured suspension that laughs at potholes.
PM me if interested. I'm in the Sacramento area and obviously would love to save someone shipping / paypal costs if you're local. I can also happily introduce you to Shaikh at FCM.

WTB: Z3 M Coupe - G-Power front splitters, driver's side door panel
WTB: E36 M3 Coupe - CF Roof plug, LTW Spoiler
pretty sure thats 1000 off of what he was asking not $1000. Otherwise I'll take it all right now haha
Any chance you’ll sell the camber plates?
I’d like to keep the set bolt on if possible.
...is the whiteline strutbar still available?...thanks...
Willing to part out now. PM if interested in just the camber plates, rear shock mount kit, front or rear springs, or the GC weight jacks.
Significant price drops in original post. Will also post the sways bars in a separate thread for easier visibility.
Hello,
Would these dampners fit a 2000 z3 coupe?
Interested..
What spring rates on these?
Sorry.
I was distracted.

That being said..
How much for the coilovers complete no sways? I am close to buying a KW V2 but I am interested in this.
Coilovers no sways is $4k. That’s about $1800 less than these would cost new and with no lead time. And they are 10x better than KW V2s.
I have revised this listing to accept reasonable and serious offers. I need to move on from this setup. Make me an offer and get the best suspension money can buy.

7Kg/mm springs should not result in a 1.8 Hz ride frequency up front, unless I am missing something?
Please post a source. I didn’t pull these numbers off the internet. They are based on Shaikh’s actual E36 measurements.
