Dreaded timing chain guides breaking up. Car was running but in limp and rattling before diagnosing the guide issue. So i replaced the chain, guides and tensioner and rebuilt the rest thinking that was maybe the easiest timing chain replacement I've done by far. For whatever reason, the battery was flat. I've tried to jump start it and although the engine is turning over fine and mechanically sounds fine,it just wont start! I'm getting power from the coils and seen sparks in the cylinders at one point when I had the inlet manifold off. On my snap on ethos diagnostics its showing I have 5.5 bar pressure at low pressure fuel pump and 6 bar at the high pressure pump which has an increase to around 30bar upon trying to start up. I have fuel pressure at injector upon opening pipes and also electrical feed at injectors. There is no fault codes or lights on dash and I've had a friends computer on it who owns a recovery company so it's a good computer and no faults found. I'm desperate and need someones expertise and experience to help me rectify this.
