I have come into ownership of a 2002 325xi in which the interior has been removed. I have all the parts.
Previous owner re-wrapped the column parts as well as the head liner
Before I put everything back - I want to either try and clean all the plastic/vinyl parts to see if they can become like new - before shelling out $ to replace them.
Has anyone had much luck with getting these items cleaned and if so - any suggested cleaners / techniques to use
TIA
I used scrubbing bubbles when I first got mine to get al other grime, gunk, and scuffs out of the plastics vinyls and yes, the leather too.
If I were to give my Touring a first name, I'd probably name it "Alan".
Mostly because I like puns.

Big problem with interior trim is the soft touch surface that BMW uses. If the trim
Is dirty but the coating is intact then I would use Maguires cockpit cleaner.
If there are scratches or patches in the surface then my advice is to remove the coating (hot dishwasher and some peeling and scrubbing works), then spray with adhesion promoter. Finish with LVP Paint- I use BMW black for my interior.
Looks brand new.
Is there any materials to wrap or re-wrap the dashboard and similar materials like the arm wrests? I just got an e46 325i and the interior needs some tlc. Planning on vinyl wrapping the hard plastic and hopefully doing something with the dashboard and similar parts.
