How to remove front headlamp assembly and rear tail light assembly?

Have not been able to do a search but want to see if anybody can point me the way to removing the front headlight and rear tail light assemblies.

Getting ready to paint car and think it will be better if I can remove all the light assemblies, grill and windshield gasket, which needs to be replaced anyway.

Any help or tips is much appreciated.

Did you look on the BMW TIS website? If not, click the following direct link...enter the last 7 digits of your VIN...then type a keyword or phrase into the search box like..."remove rear light" or "remove headlight"...this should give you the information you seek: https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/
