    electrical, outside rear view mirrors

For a track/race car, what do you folks do to 'replace functionality' of the electrically adjustable rear view mirrors?

Remove wiring, switches, etc, and just manhandle the mirror for adjustments?
Or ignore those mirrors, and install extras in the A-pillar area?

Remove everything (wiring, switches), then adjust by el manuel. Not like you'll be moving them once adjusted.

Thanks, that kinda what I figured. Just wasn't sure how much I could man handle the mirrors.
