Central locking does not work BMW E87 120i 2005

The central locking of the car is not working. The doors are locked and unlocked by the central locking button under the hazard lights.The battery of the remote key has been changed, but it still does not work. I tried the remote key and it turned out that pressing each of the three buttons (to unlock, lock and unlock the boot), the start stop button lights up. There is also a slight sound in front. Ideas ???
