Pricing a 2000, 528iT Wagon, 113k Miles?

Hi, my friend is considering buying this wagon. It appears to be well-maintained, with records. No rust. Tires, brakes and battery have 5k miles or less on them. Kelley Blue Book prices it at about $3400. The seller wants quite a bit more. What do people here think?

I bought mine with 150K miles and bad Throttle body for $2K. KBB is pretty realistic, they are a niche car

i bought both of my 99's for under 3 grand each. i have some rust on my aspen silver one which was a wisconsin car its whole life and a rust free black one which was a california car. Both had over 100k miles when bought.

rjjablo and a91syncro, thanks so much. Your input gave my friend pause. The seller was not moving on the price. My friend moved onto another seller and another wagon (a 2003 525it) that was priced close to what you all wrote and KBB. She bought it.
