You know, you are right. Brain fart on my part. No worries, I got a brand new latch in the parts room for the Euro boxes that I will be including.

The key tumbler is what you take out. You put the key in the lock, turn it, then you can undo the connections to the back of the tumbler and then it slides out and you can move it to the new box. If you take the key out the pins go flying and you spend the next 4-30 hours trying to piece it back together.
