07 525i e60 stalls and shakes HELP

I have 07 525i e60 when I start the car it shakes and the rpm will go crazy and it will stall
I went to a mechanic he said change the disa valve. I changed it and the same problem stayed,
When cleaning was done to the air intake the car start to drive really good for few days then same problem came back
Check engine lite is not on
The car have bad exhilaration
Shake and stall when idling or when the car is running for a long time while not moving



Some time the car will work just fine if I just turned it off then started it again
Please help

Check for faults even though the check engine light is not on.

It’s pretty hard narrowing it down without any OBD2 codes, but try inspecting/changing your spark plugs and ignition coils. My ‘07 530xi had a sort of “cough” when I would come to stoplights. The car would give off a very noticeable pulse vibration every 10-20 seconds at idle. Turned out to be a cylinder six misfire when I scanned the ECU with my OBD2. I checked my plugs and they were fried. Got some NGK Laser Iridium spark plugs and new Bosch ignition coils and swapped them in. Car runs like new and accelerates just like it used to. Ended up being around $220 or so from FCP Euro, and either way if it doesn’t work then you still have lifetime warranty on your spark plugs from FCP

Classic vacuum leak symptoms. Unplug MAF and see if it changes. Check intake boot for cracks.
