530d stalling randomly

Hey guys,

So i own a 530d euro version, its been a week since this problém started to show up really bad.

When the car is idling i can feel a slight vibration every 2 or 3 seconds, sometimes it will stall right after the start. Sometimes when im cruising it will randomly stall and i have to stop, put the car in P, and start again(no problem with starting at all, whether its cold or hot).

No error codes on diag, but we were trying to catch something on live datas, and we saw that the rail pressure is changing huge bits.
I think it should be around 350-380 stable, and it goes as high as 500-550 and as low as 100 and then stall.
Pump pressure is stable at 3.8bars.

Changed the fuel filter because we thought it may be clogged, but nope, also no increase in emmissions.

What could be the problem? Injector leaking? Fuel pump?

There's very little technical information and knowledge on this and the other 'big' USA orientated forums as North America didn't get the Diesel E39 variants.
