Have a 2015 BMW 535ixdrive. Looking for more power gains. Currently have k&n cold air intake and eisenmann performance race exhaust. I’m interested in purchasing a tuner but my understanding is highly recommended to replace charge pipe and downpipe.
Currently looking to get
EVOLUTION RACEWERKS F CHASSIS N55 535 / 640 CHARGE PIPE
VRSF RACE INTERCOOLER FMIC 09 -16 BMW 535I, 640I, 740I F07/F10/F11/F/F07
N55 BOOTMOD3 + DOWNPIPE COMBO DEAL
VIN:WBA5B3C56FD541478
ENET Cable: included (Free Shipping for US)
Maps: All OTS Maps
Model: 4.0" (Production 07/13 and up)
Downpipe: VRSF catless
Any recommendations greatly appreciated. Instead of purchasing an m550 I would like to get a few more years out of my 535ixdrive with the power gains.
Mission Performance has a flash tune for the 535. I highly recommend it. Pretty happy with mine on my 550i. I'm getting some rubber in 2nd gear with the Transmission set to Comfort Mode. This is a true change to the cars programming, not a bootmod. They have a write-up on the difference.

Catless Downpipe- This makes the car not street legal in most states, right? You'd have to change it back every year when you get inspection.
Charge Pipe- Didn't see that on your list, but would be good especially if adding water methenol injection.
Intercooler upgrade- This will definitely help your turbo's run more efficient, but the real benefit to this is in conjunction with larger turbochargers. Pure Turbo's have some really nice upgrades.
you could do the flash tune first, just with what you have on the car, then see how you like it. You'll need to change the spark plugs to NGK.
If you do all of these upgrades, you should also upgrade the MAF Sensor too.
(@stuck has a 535 with a Mission Tune)
good luck!

1. I don't smoke crack. never have, never will.
2. I don't have an N55 engine.
3. The stock intercoolers are actually pretty good. To me it doesn't make sense to spend the money to replace them unless you're installing larger turbos. This was actually advice I got from Pure when talking to them
about upgrading the turbo's I have on my car which has the N63TU engine.

Quit giving advice on engines you don’t understand. Charge pipes are most often done because they are a weak point and fail. Inter-coolers have nothing to do with cooling turbos and everything to do with decreasing IAT’s. Every car in a hot climate will benefit from a better IC, do they need it? No, but as boost increases, IAT’s will with a stock one.
