Running and daily driving ..... finally its done,
A year and a half and 2 shops and a bunch of nights/weekends later...
Lots of help and input from the boards....and a few good BMW mechanics.
Started with a 2002 Touring with a 5 speed and a 3.0 (up from the 2.5)
Now she has an S54 motor, 6 Speed an M5 LSD rear diff/axles.
Rear air suspension deleted, sport springs and shocks, Eibach sways front and rear.
Will post more progress pics as I get into the cosmetics and trim....
There was another thread started by the first shop....let's leave it at that.

Nice! Get some sort of CAI on there. I had the same filter setup and my IATs were SKYHIGH! That fixed it!
edit I also see that’s the KandN , you should check your fuel trims in INPA. These cars are very sensitive to HFM housings. If you’re experiencing or end up experiencing low idle and occasionally stalling when rpm drops, that’s probably why.

I am only a few 100 miles in on the fun....
ALL is well in S54 Swap land!
lotta miles and no issues to speak of...just more upgrades!
