2006 -330XI Headlight flicker

Not sure what this is, but while driving, I detect some sort of a headlight flicker on the right side. It would appear that something is loose inside that case under the hood that holds all of the lighting equipment, but not sure. When I tap the case around those lights, I did get a little bit of a flicker. Is it possible that there is a loose connection in there somewhere?

Had this issue with an aftermarket Depo projector headlight with LED angel eyes (issue) was not them.

Had to replace the footwell module ($500 for module + $200 labor), went back to the OEM headlights, and installed LED bulbs ($160). Problem seems to have been resolved for 3+ months.
