Anyone running truck manifold and accessories?

I'm wondering if anyone here is running the truck manifold and accessories with a cut/no hood as I'm looking at going this route to save myself ~$1000. Haven't seen any build threads My car is mainly track use for drift so I'm not too concerned with aesthetics just wanted to see if there were any build threads to look off of while I'm doing some planning.

Where do you get $1,000 from? Dorman 615-900 is like $350, and with a little creativity you can reuse the rails and injectors from the truck intake. You’ll need about $20 in hardware. You’re not fitting a truck intake under your hood. The throttle body on the car intake barely clears as it is. As for accessories, the 5th gen camaro uses the same offset.

I'd get a used ls6 manifold with rails and injectors for ~$350 the fpr/hardware/hose to run the returnless setup. Brackets for the ps/pump and alternator to clear the hood, ls1 water pump, and ps pump with pulley and harmonic balancer. Stuff adds up quick and I wasn't planning on fitting the truck intake under the hood. Hence the comment about a cut/no hood. what do you mean by the 5th gen uses the same offset?

I misread the no cut hood thing. So you want to know if the engine fits when you have no space constraints? I suppose I don’t understand your question then.

5th gen camaro accessories use the same offset pulleys as the truck.

I just wanted to see build threads utilizing the truck manifold and accessories so I can see some in depth stuff. I'm mainly wondering what people did for throttle cable and how they did fuel etc, and get a little bit of inspiration for my build. it was my understanding ls water pump needed pushed forward with a truck balancer unless I've got your meaning of offset misconstrued.

Cold weather package in Florida ftw.

Your questions still don’t really make sense. What engine do you have?
