Fellow member Wayne and I dropped by to check out the new 8 up close and personal when MTown tour visited Tampa yesterday... and the cameras came out (The MTour Rep asked if she could take photos of our cars with the new 8 Series). They blocked the entrance to the dealership to take the photos... drew a bit of a crowd as folks came from inside the dealership while others walked over from the other tour cars on display to check out the trio...

Wayne is rolling that beautiful blue mint condition (28kmi) 840ci with the best fitting 20s I've seen to date.
My "Girlfriend" is literally an hour off of the lift (starter, O2 sensors)
It was an "emotionally gratifying" day

To be honest, I think the best looking M850i was inside the stealership. Same car but different color. The convertible version looks better with the top down.
Oh and yes you will sink down into the seat when you punch it.

Disappointing! There's nothing unique about it and just another aggressively big and round car like the rest of the newer cars out there. I guess the new tread is the big bad grill, lol.
